When a standard metal shed is not enough
Most metal sheds on this site are single-skin. One sheet of galvanised steel, powder-coated, bolted to a frame. For a mower and a few tools that is the sensible buy, and our metal sheds range covers it from £225.
Telluria answer a different problem. Every panel is two skins of steel with a cavity between them. The cavity slows heat moving through the wall, so the inner face stays nearer the temperature of the air inside. Moisture has nothing cold to settle on. That is the difference between storing a bike and storing a bike you still want to ride in March.
It also changes what the building can be used for. Once the walls are not sweating, a steel building can hold a desk, a bench or a sofa. The Lounge and Luminato models in this range are sold as garden rooms rather than sheds for exactly that reason. If you only need dry, lockable storage, a plastic shed or a standard apex shed will cost you a great deal less.
People ask why a steel building costs five grand. It is the wall. On a single-skin shed you can put your hand on the roof at seven in the morning and it is wet. Every fix for that is a bodge afterwards, vents, dehumidifier crystals, boxes up on pallets. Telluria built the answer into the panel instead. The aluminium base frame is the other thing worth the money, it gives you something square to build off on a long run.

Matt's pick
The Luminato 2424 at £7,338 is the one to look at first. It is the cheapest properly glazed building Telluria make. Glazing is what turns a store into a room you will actually sit in. The enclosed Lounge models are better finished, but they start around a thousand pounds higher for the same footprint.
Which model suits what
Classico is the plain walk-in shed, from 2121 up to the 5436. Lounge models are enclosed garden rooms. Open Lounge pairs a lockable store with a covered, open-sided bay. Luminato is the glazed one. DUO gives you twin doors, and there are two garage sizes. For bins, cushions or a bike, the Nevio box at £1,097 and the Velotto bike store at £1,969 need no walk-in space at all.
Matching fencing
Telluria make fence panels and gates in the same steel and finish, in two heights. Posts are added on the panel or gate page in whatever quantity you need, either concreted in or bolted down on a base plate. A run off the side of the building makes the boundary read as one job rather than two.
Getting the base right
Level matters more here than on a cheap shed. The aluminium frame is accurate but it cannot correct a sloping slab. On a 3000mm building a 10mm fall is enough to stop the doors meeting cleanly. Check it with a long level and a straight edge before delivery day, not by eye.

What does double-walled actually mean?

Will it still get condensation?
Far less than a single-skin shed, because the inner surface stays warmer. Keep the vents clear and use a dry, solid base. Most owners report no beading at all.

You are paying for twice the steel per panel, Belgian manufacture and an included aluminium base frame. The result is a building you can work in rather than only store in.
What colours are available?
Anthracite, Light Grey and White, powder-coated at the factory. Storage boxes come in Anthracite or Black. Colour is chosen on the product page before ordering.
What base do they need?
A level concrete slab or paved base matching the footprint. The aluminium frame sits straight on it. Never build on soil, grass or gravel.
How long is the warranty?
Ten years against perforation on every building. That covers the steel rusting through. Handles, locks and seals are not included.
Does a Telluria building come with a floor?
No, but every building includes an aluminium base frame as standard. That frame is the perimeter the building stands on, not a floor surface. A fitted aluminium floor is an option on the plain Classico, Luminato and DUO sheds. The Lounge, Open Lounge, garage and Singolo models have no floor option, so those sit straight onto a concrete slab or paving.
